Every cup opens with comforting notes of rich chocolate and warm cinnamon, balanced by a crisp hint of green apple that adds brightness and complexity. Grown at elevations of 900–1,000 meters in nutrient-rich clay mineral soils, this blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties creates a smooth, approachable coffee with a beautifully balanced finish.

Using a fully washed and sun-dried process, the beans develop exceptional clarity while preserving the sweet, vibrant character that makes Mexican coffee a favorite among specialty coffee lovers.
