From the first sip, you'll experience delicate notes of juicy pear, fragrant jasmine, fresh florals, and sweet strawberry, creating a bright, elegant cup with a silky finish. The combination of Bourbon and Kent varieties, rich clay mineral soils, and high elevations of 1,200–1,900 meters produces remarkable complexity and clarity.

Carefully fully washed and dried on raised beds, every bean is processed to preserve its crisp acidity and clean sweetness, resulting in a coffee that's equally enjoyable as a pour-over, drip brew, or a light, fruit-forward espresso.
